雇用形態
正社員雇用
基本給 ￥190,000～（3ヶ月の試用期間終了後、本採用）
休日 日・祝・他・夏季休暇・年末年始・有給休暇
昇給 一回／年
賞与 二回／年（業績により変動）
労災保険／雇用保険 試用期間終了後適用
手当
作品手当 販売額に応じて支給（材料支給）
現場手当 現場作業日／¥ 500
紹介手当 お客様を紹介した場合に売上から支給
昼食手当 当社指定弁当の補助
通勤・扶養手当など
※終業後や休日に工房を開放します。
技能に合わせて無理のない程度に作品づくりや修練に活用できます。
